How to Meet the Newest Appalachian Feet Writer

Hey everyone, Appalachian Feet is getting an additional writer!

From now on, some of the posts will be by me, and some will be by my husband, Nathaniel.

I don’t know what he’ll be writing about… my guess is lots more urban homesteading/permaculture topics with an extra focus on cooking, mushrooms, soil building, backyard chickens, and fermented things.

Well, I didn’t have photos of him with his new short haircut looking like he’d explode with joy over handfuls of radishes. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices for a good cause. Also, happy birthday, Jimmy C!

Sounds like Nathaniel will be a great addition! I’ll be following, as always. Cheers!

I can’t wait to see what he writes first. Plus, he tends to be way more prolific a writer than me. :)

Welcome!!! Look forward to reading some of Nathaniel’s writing. Eliza– when Charlie cleaned and stained the dock last year there was an Eastern Phoebe that followed him all day long, moving from piling to piling, staying one ahead of where he was working. Funniest thing to watch. They come and hang out on the deck often.
